I guess I am a glass is half empty type when it comes to stuff like this and I always imagine the worse. I scanned all my docs and placed them on my internet cloud. Anything happens, well it's a 2./10 on the stress scale rather than a 11/10. Scanning + uploading took me about 5 mins. Time well spent.

I love rebates. I know the company thinks I will be lazy and disorganized and forgot to do it. Ha, I do it every time. It's my way of stickin' it to the man!

I have never felt deprived with my frugal lifestyle. I read a lot of historical fiction and  the lessons learned from those books help keep my silly aggravations in check. I never worry about having a warm place to sleep or food in my belly. Anything on top of that is a bonus.

I have a crazy rule, almost 90% of my possessions must be on display. That helps keep clutter down in a 1 bedroom apartment.
