Jay has enough money to retire for sure, I think he should bow out and let someone else have a shot now, enjoy his retirement and his cars. I liked Jay, but I lost respect for him after doing Conan dirty the way he did. You don't promise something to someone and then come back and take it away from them. Lets hope he doesn't do it again to the next future host of the Tonight show.
I thought it was pretty crappy taking it away from Conan Obrian to begin with, he left the first time, he should of pursued other avenues then and let Conan have a crack at it. But Conan went on to better things, wonder who he'll steal it from this time? He'll leave then come back and bump someone else again.
