Here's a new one on me.  Credit One Bank is now offering its customers who "earned the privilege of a credit line increase", an increase of $100 to their Visa credit card.  To do so now costs $20.  Uh, what?  I earned the right to pay for the privilege of a credit increase.  Thank you but . . . stuff it!
