Is JC Penney imploding?

I like the new pricing system. Have spent more $ at JCP since it started. Hadn't shopped there for several years prior. Coupons, all the time sales, stores have created their own problems. People won't buy anything at retail because of it. Why would they? JCP prices are very reasonable and I don't feel ripped off.
