Neosporin to the rescue for dry skin, chapped lips. My son has very dry skin from acne cream. When it gets too dry apply neosporin before bed, totally gone by morning!

That was just the workmans comp. Much more in IRS tax returns and SS disability, unemployment.  I don't have those numbers, yet he was defrauding the government since I believe 1972!
