Hey clowny, your math is just as bad as the author of the article. 14,000/26 = 538 gallons. 538 gallons at $4.10 for premium works out to $2207 annually.
So $3790/ $4.10 = 924 gallons used. 14000/924 = 15.1 mpg. Check the spark plugs.
