Two words: "Term Limits"  If legislators had to earn a living in the world they created the would be more interested in making the economy work.

William, are you serious?  You use veiled profanity in you argument that we are not more rude. To me that makes the case that people are becoming more rude.  Profanity, even veiled is never polite or respectful.
