But, the company doesn't OWN you.  So, leave and get a better job.  If the company can't be competitive, it will fail and/or be forced to close and open operations overseas and you will ALL be out of a job.

You're right!  That is why we have something called "Estate Taxes" to redistribute the wealth AFTER you are gone and have enjoyed what YOU built!
