The guy in the green shirt is Emmett Smith. He's holding Melissa by the waist. The photo shows her ribs and hip bones because her skirt is really really riding low on her hip. So she is basically naked from the bottom of her bra top to below her navel. That's alot of stomach area showing. Nothing is weird in the photo.
