America: Land of the free, home of the o...

KVANDO1: If you really think us tradesmen/women are ripping you off, do the work yourself? Oh wait. It's too hard and back breaking. Oh, you don't know how to roof a house. Oh, you don't have the THOUSANDS in extra dollars to buy the all the tools you need to do the job. Gee, I wonder how we get compensated for all ...more

Sexual Favors: Do You Owe Your Spouse Se...

My personal feelings on the matter is, yes of course you owe your spouse sex. If you would feed your spouse if they were hungry, you also them sex. Now, onto the actual question here......if you want a happy marriage you will put out as often as your spouse wants to. Heck, I've given it up in the middle of a case of mo...more

Last I checked most contracts stipulate that if you can't obtain financing the deal will be voided and all parties will essentially end up as if the contract had never been signed in the first place. What WAS their real estate agent smoking???

What would you give up for tax reform?

I'll gladly give up mortgage deduction and charitable deduction (which I do take), if they also take the child credit and EITC off the table too. I do not think we should remove deductions for money used to pay taxes. There should be a concerted effort to ensure that we only pay taxes once. In fact, they should expa...more
