Just because you wear a cowboy hat or cowboy boots doesn't make you country! And saying "y'all" doesn't do it either. When all of their music can cross over and be played on every other radio station on the dial, it isn't COUNTRY!
More like Overpaid...especiall y Ashton Kutscher; I stopped watching 2 and 1/2 Men once he came on the scene - it's a desperate attempt to keep a show going that died with Charlie's death.
He's almost 30 and dresses like he's 12. If I had the money that he had, I'd dress with class. I don't care what people say, the clothes make the person. You dress like a slob and that's how people are going to treat you. Exhibit A - the stock in his company. No one is impressed.
Here's the issue: Major chains like Macys, Younkers, JC Penney, Christopher Banks, and the like have spent their time and money catering to the younger crowd - the ones that have no money. We are definitely a culture that lacks manners and etiquette. I blame it on Reality TV as well as cable shows. I am shocked at what is allowed to be viewed/said over the airwaves. Unfortunately, our younger generations are being bombarded with this through various technologies.
I'm ready to see Matt leave the show. He's become too defensive when interviewing people (most recently this morning while interviewing Dan Quayle when Dan stated that the news media is partly to blame for the partisanship going on in this country).
