The amount of water a human uses to drink, bathe, and wash wouldn't water a cornfield for a day.  The people, wherever they are from, are not the reason for shortage.

How ridiculous that we have giant pipelines to transport oil everywhere but not water.  There is enough rain along the coast of Pacific Northwest to water the entire nation.  The average rainfall there varies from 70 to 170 inches per year.  Let's pipe that stuff!
