Since when is it bullying when making fun or teasing someone for what they are wearing?   I thought bullying was getting physical by pushing, shoving, punching or intimidating someone.

Sorry but I don't feel bad for this man. I feel bad for the dogs. When dogs like pitbulls don't have a good caretaker they turn vicious. The dogs only bring out what they have been taught and how they've been treated. I think the dog owners should be held accountable not the dogs.
