As a lifelong Sear's customer, I can attest their tool quality is now no better than what is sold in Harbor Freight from a third to a half price less.  Plus Craftsman tools sold over the last 2 decades rust!  A quality tool does not rust just sitting in a tool box or on the shop wall.
