If I were the parents I would sue the Grand Parents for giving her shelter. Barring that then I world make the GrandParents sign a legal committment to suppor both the 16 year old and the baby until the baby turns 18.    A 16 year old doesn't have the experinece or intilect to make that kind of decision.
