All the lifeguard did was RIDE ALONG. He did not require any care himself. Why would this get billed? The boy was in the ambulance receiving in-the-field medical services. This makes NO SENSE. Why would you get charged for simply riding along in an ambulance being used by a patient?

You can not sample without permission to do so. If you did not originally create the sampled work, any derivative works are infringing upon copyright. Now, he could have just made new samples that sounded exactly the same and been cool. Using the actual originals as an uncleared sample is an issue. This is the law ...more
