All the lifeguard did was RIDE ALONG. He did not require any care himself. Why would this get billed? The boy was in the ambulance receiving in-the-field medical services. This makes NO SENSE. Why would you get charged for simply riding along in an ambulance being used by a patient?

You can not sample without permission to do so. If you did not originally create the sampled work, any derivative works are infringing upon copyright.
