Personally I have never encounterd that. They have very knowledgeable sales people who generally can answer all the questions.

I hope this trend continues and they change their return policy. Then it's a sure thing they will increase their business.

My largest concern with Best Buy over the years and why I prefer to shop elsewhere is there terrible return policy and long lines to return items. I don't have time to jump through hoops for punishment for doing business with your store.
