Why do religious people need constant reminders of their faith?  Are they so on the edge of sin, that without these constant reminders, they will go off the deep end?

Do you honestly think that those kids that are gunning down other kids were never taught that killing is wrong?  It's not the school's job.  The school's job is to teach reading, writing, math, science, etc .  Not to teach your religion.   That's your job.

If the school is not a private religious school then the ten commandments shouldn't be displayed.  If parents want their children to learn and abide by the ten commandments, then they should be taught at home.
