Would a $15,000 tax credit spur you to b...

If the 15,000 is  just off income it will not save much in taxes.  If you are at 15% it saves 2,250 and if at 36% it saves 5,400.  That is not a huge amount campared to the cost of an overpriced house.  If it is used for building a new one then that is not what we want.
