How is it that when I spill water on the dirt, it goes down, not up like the chemicals.  Are the chemicals immune to gravity?

He was running and flashing, trying to get the subway car to stop.  Why is the picture so clear and centered.  I CALL BS, and that photographer should be in jail for not trying to help.  All he did was sit there and take pictures, how sad :(
