How often do you wash your jeans?

I have horribly oily skin around my shoulders and neck so I can never feel clean wearing a shirt twice. I just pick it up and can feel the cool dampness that saturates the shirt... yuuuuck. But I do try to wash my jeans twice a month, jackets as soon as they start to smell a bit funky.
