I want to know why someone would vote thumbs down for the comment above. Is it the idea of not reheating frozen foods or preparing fresh foods upon order that turns you off?   Irrelevant post I know but just struck me as something odd to vote thumbs down.

Because you have to have documentation supporting the termination or you risk a wrongful termination suit. If an employee is working from home it is nearly impossible to prove whether or not someone is giving an honest day's work.
