As always, the analysts base their predictions on the current direction of the market.  Same thing as predicting the weather by looking out your window at the current weather.  This methodology works great until it doesn't, and that's the trick - figuring out when it will stop working.

For all of you bitching about the 1/2 that pay nothing in taxes, be careful.  A lot of these people are middle class families whose taxes are reduced by the mortgage interest rate deduction, state income tax deduction, child credits, medical expense deductions, etc.  In other words, a lot of these people are YOU.  Be c...more

Why are people chastising this market?

Cramer looks out the window to forecast the weather again.  Market went up?  Cramer predicts market will keep going up until it doesn't.  Market went down? Cramer predicts market will continue downward.   Keep up the great work, Jim!  The Nobel committee will be calling any day now.

'The X-Files' investigations continue in...

This all assumes anyone ever saw the 2nd movie.  After the last couple of seasons and the long gap between movies, my wife and I lost interest.  Chris Carter ended the X-Files as badly as David Lynch ended Twin Peaks.
