Rule number 1: Do not  use a "Bank". Go to a Credit Union!

O B.S. MSN!  The best credit score is "0".  That means you only buy when you have the money. The only reason they want you to have a "credit score" is to have you go into debt and support their financial sponsors of which are the greedy, foreign owned banks!

Why?  The best "credit score" is 0.  If you don't have the money don't buy it!

CitiBank also charged me to deposit cash!!

Do not use any "Bank!"  I now use a Credit Union after being with CitiBank for over 30 years.  They are awlful.  We will be paying off our Mortgage with CitiMortgage soon and will never go to them again.  Citi is owned by Arabs and Bushes friends.  DO NOT USE ANY FOREIGNED OWNED BANK!
