I have a Parson's Russell mix, named him Mr. Naughty pants.  Too smart for his own good.  Like a Sour Patch dog, first he's naughty then he's sweet:)  I love him.

My interest rate basically just went up 4%.

I blamed the government for the USPS woes until it came out last week that they gave Lance Armstrong a 30 million dollar sponsorship.  Because USPS needed the publicity?  Come on, they don't need to advertise.  Everyone know what the post office is and does.

She leaves a bill?  What a b&*^%!!!  Does Tinkerbell have a pocket full of crazy to throw down if you don't pay her too?  Good thing I have large, aggressive dogs.

But there has been some speculation that tax refunds could be delayed if Congress fails to reach an agreement on the debt ceiling by mid-February. , representatives from the White House, IRS and U.S. Treasury refused to answer questions.   Ooops, forgot to copy and paste this from the article.

Funny how raising the debt ceiling and paying out our refunds coincide.  Hmmm........

Are you sure it's not because they already spent our refunds?
