Mike, you're wrong.  Transmission speeds can be measured in bits or bytes.  It's like comparing kilometers to miles.

MSN,   MB/sec is Mega BYTES per second.  Mb/sec is Mega BITS per second.  Big difference betwee 2 MB/sec and 2 Mb/sec.

Don't forget, zero load.  No passengers, nothing in the bed of the truck, nothing being towed.  Add all those factors in, and your milage drops to 30% of it's stated rating.
