First off, it "behalf" not "behave".  Second, about 47% of the "taxpayers" in this country pay no, that's zero, income tax.  They may very well pay Social Security and Medicare taxes, but no income tax.  That 47% who pay no income taxes generally benefit from the very income tax system that you folks say is so unfair. ...more

Tax filing deadline extended to April 17

Why is it that every time this notice comes out about the extended due date for income taxes people attack the IRS.  The IRS does not extend the deadline, the Internal Revenue Code calls for the extension.  The IRS is supposed to interpret the law and, generally, does not make the law.  This article should have said th...more
