First off, it "behalf" not "behave". Second, about 47% of the "taxpayers" in this country pay no, that's zero, income tax. They may very well pay Social Security and Medicare taxes, but no income tax. I took Social Security at age 63 1/2 mostly because of life expectancy issues, mother died at 43, dad at 55 of a heart attack, uncle on mother's side at age 50 from heart attack and grandmother on mother's side of heart problems.
