This fire in Riverside County is SMALL compared to the one in Ventura County today -- last I checked (about noon PDT) it was 6500 acres and completely out of control. Worse, it was headed towards Newbury Park and eventually the ocean. Prayers to all those affected by the fires!

In California if you do not pass the high school exit exams (given several times per year, starting in the Sophomore year), you are given a certificate of completion rather than a full diploma.
