Shouldn't you put the OTHER stuff you're carrying like coffee, books, etc. on the roof and put the carseat in the car FIRST? (in response to a comment that even sober parents forget carseats on the roof)
I took a pay cut 8 years ago to work in fed. govt. job for more job security. I am now making the average rate in public sector standards. Don't confuse job security as being OVERPAID for most of (us) fed. govt. workers who DON'T work on the Hill.
