That's  is a tautology. Does that mean the market will collapse. I predict it will go down and then go back up again. Now that is pure genius.

Captn D is falling for the 4% bull the media touts.Plenty of people in the 96% have money to invest in stocks.That's why the bond market is in a bubble and others have chosen to buy bank cds; and that is a huge fortune.  I am not recommending stocks as I am not qualified to do so.
