Must be a slow "news day" at MSN today.  What a waste of space and time.

McDonald's is a "last resort" eatery for my family.  They've lost touch with what fast food means.  It takes forever to get your food at the Bowie, Texas McDonalds.  I would rather have a "gut buster" from the local 7-11 than wait in line forever and then get the wrong food.

I am so sick of these writers continuing to call our Social Security benefits, entitlements.  I sure as heck worked and paid for my portion and I feel fully justified in receiving them.  I have no remorse about seeing that SS deposit every month.  What does bother me is that the federal government spent large portions ...more

Hate Kmart, but love the ad.

This has got to be one of the dumbest entries I've seen.  That's about two minutes of my life I'll never get back.

WalMart has pretty well "choked" out the "mom and pop" stores in our small rural communities.  They are then able to dictate prices and service levels at their pleasure.  I find myself weighing the cost of driving to WalMart against the prices offered in our smaller locally owned businesses.  If the price is even close...more
