Doesn't surprise me at all.  You have to be careful though.  Stupid people can be dangerous in high numbers.  At least I'm in Oregon, we're all pretty cool up here:)

It should be legal like alcohol.  21 and over only.

It should be as legal as alcohol or tobacco is.  21 and older to use it and sold in liquor stores behind the counters.  People who think alcohol is safer are probably drop outs or just not very smart people period.
