For EricTheRon13 and others referring to the Bush tax cuts   For your information the Bush Tax cuts expired December 31, 2010.  In December 2010, the Democrat controlled House and Senate passed "The Obama TaX Cut for the Rich Bill" and President Obama signed it into law on December 17, 2010.

None other than Bill Clinton and Al Gore made the fee movement popular in the early 1990's when they were talking about the telephone fee increase to cover internet access for schools. Their comment was something like 'a fee is not a tax". This was the same time Mr. Gore made the statement, "I invented the internet".
