Death panels are important. There is a cost/benefit tradeoff to all treatment, and you need to decide how much a single life is worth in order to decide where to draw the line at paying for treatment which may extend life for a particular period of time.

Renting for your whole life may be a perfectly appropriate response if home prices are too high, or your living situation is such that you simply don't need a whole house. Plenty of people end up regretting having bought more than they need, even if they can afford it.
Right . . . I'm surprised how MSN Money appeared to promote the Tylenol brand here, given that the more thrifty approach would be to use the widely-available generics.
