So here it is.. my last posting..and the last restaurant I managed.  The company's biggest Bonanza Steakhouse in 1979.  Had a lot of fun..certainly too much fun in the eyes of upper managment.  But we sure sold alot of $4-$7 steak dinners.  Thanks for the memories.. My first job was washing dishes at Country Kitchen.  After awhile I was one of the lead cooks.  Loved the Sunday breakfast business but the menu was complicated even for me.  Another case of poor managment.  I wasn't part of that though.. Read on to the Big Boy posting.

I have noticed more than once how Mr Obama has busted out in big smiles when he greets another black and only gives a polite smile to a non-black standing right next to that person.  Let's not forget how he twice jumped at the chance to defend a single black person who was attacted by a supposed white person.  Only one...more
