Paul Jolley said he wanted to "show people how it's done in Tennessee."  I don't know what the heck part of Tennessee he's from, but that is NOT how we do it in Tennessee.  Also, his comment about wanting to be the male Taylor Swift...SERIOUSLY?  One Taylor Swift is bad enough!

Very good point.  The genre does tend to fluctuate from pop to traditional every few years.

Country music has evolved the same way that romantic comedies have evolved, i.e., it's basically the same bland crap over and over again...

So...Michael Richards hurls racial slurs to hecklers in 2006, and everybody jumps his sh*t over it.  Tosh suggests it would be funny if a woman got gang raped by 5 men, and people are making excuses for it.  Someone care to explain this logic to me?  (Both incidents happened at the Laugh Factory, oddly enough.)
