continental US/contiguous lower 48 - sadly, used interchangeably.  Alaska is on the continent.  Would be nice if folks got the terminology correct.

Specifically company-owned stores, not franchises.

Currently in South Dakota.  Used to live in Wyoming.  Moving back next year.

Continental US has always refered to the contiguous lower 48.  Should include Alaska if they are going to say continental US.

I used to.  I lived not far north of Mt St Helens, and watched it erupt.  I knew I was outside the danger zone, though, so considered it interesting, but not dangerous to me.  I wouldn't live on the slopes of an active one, though.
