I knew it was a setup the first time I watched either show. Along the same lines, I wonder how many people have lost their life savings trying to 'Flip' houses after watching 'Flip this House'. I have an inner voice that yells 'Danger, Will Robinson,,Danger' when I see shows like this.
I would blow it all on the finest prostitutes so when I was laying in my prison bunk doing a 15 to 20 year stretch for bank fraud I would have some fond memories to reflect on.
After reading several dozen responses to this article, over half the people who responded would be going to prison for a long time for bank fraud. It's scary to think that these people could be living in my neighborhood.

Mistakes like this are studied in any MBA degree program. I believe this falls under the category of "Uni-Lateral Mistake".
