Same thing happened to me and same bank. They told me to miss my payment to qualify as well. Then I ended up oweing them thousands more at the end of the agrivating ordeal. One analyst reported that the bail out that the banks received would equal out to every mortgage holder receiving 362,000.00. Now wouldn't that do wonders for a recast. What's even simpler is you should not be allowed to travel on highways that your tax dollars paid for. Simply because the car you drive or bus you take is polluting the air I have to breath.
