Debt collection agencies buy bad debt  all the time. Investors buy debt in the from of distressed property--if it works for them, why shouldn't it work for Occupy?

all this article says is that your screwed no matter what you do. How about some info about how to WORK the system? It comes out as being on the side of the banks, and the scoring agencies not the people. I earn a living, I have NO debt and yet have NO credit, because I'm uhh solvent....
