Perhaps Wal-Mart knows that the important number on the income statement is not monthly sales, but net income. The bottom line is that the net income of their rivals has been cut in half! Look at the income statements.

I agree the fat is not in social security benefits to average people on on average drawn above $15000 per year. The military spend must stop and we must stop paying too much for Air Force and Navel planes. Big companies like Northrup Grummand are too tied to the politicians.
