I worked virtually my entire high school career of 3 years.  It was a personal choice.  I could have just sat at home getting fat.  I chose to work.  That is it.  It is a choice.

I'm in debt.  I live off one income.  I have about 2 years left on my student loan payments.  I have about 5-7 years left on my house payments and about 3-4 years left on personal loans.   I think the 'worst' of economy buckle is over and I 'made it through.'  I suspect I will have employment for at least 4 more year...more

None of these are 'needs' needs are food, shelter, maybe affection and probably something else that keeps you alive like medication.   These are all wants and have to do with lifestyle and standard of living.
