Here is a thought....lets stop paying $738-billion in defense spending used protect the rest of the world and for political interests ($12,000 per tank of gas for a tank deployed and $500,000 per missile launched) an use it to educate our future and repair our failing infrastructure

This is misleading......everyone knows that men drive more then women, this is one of the social norms in our society.  So even though the number of drivers are the same total hours driven is much more for males.  Women are much worse drivers it is proven they have depth perception problems and they talk too much.
