Forget banks--go with credit unions.  Far fewer fees and better rates on loans.  This article doesn't mention that for people on some form of public assistance it's easier to hide cash so they can keep getting "other people's money" every month.

I know this is nit-picking but "irregardless" is not in the dictionary. It is "in regards to" or "regarding" and in the negative it is "regardless".  " Irregardless"  has a negative prefix and a negative suffix which negate each other and make the meaning postive.
