Neo economists are always gloating over the latest gains in productivity.  This has been going on for decades.  The benefits are always attributed to capitol investments, and good management, never labor.    Meanwhile Labor gets no credit or benefit. Why do they include estate taxes?  Estate taxes are a one time event. Including them in this analysis is over stating the rates, and undermining their argument.
