I just moved here from Phoenix and I am loving this weather. I missed actual rain, and it's not 120 degrees. I rather deal with humidity. My skin doesn't feel so dry anymore. I'm never leaving. I love it here.

Actually what you eat as a huge correlation with how you feel. Garbage in, garbgage out. Healthy food in, you feel better and are therefore happier. This isn't that hard to figure out.

I agree completely. Cigarettes, alcohol, and lottery tickets are the biggest waste of money and only make us have to pay more of your health bills later. Lazy people who have no concept of basic needs ... it's not that hard to live. It's crazy what needs are these days.

I pay cash for my cars. I'm not trying to impress anyone. I love cars as much as the next person, but I will ONLY buy it if I can purchase with cash. I am more interested in building my wealth, and not making payments on things that go down in value.
