The spot under the eye isn't a tear, it's most likely a fungal disease caused by moisture and lack of grooming. Obviously the poor horse isn't getting the best of care. :( And the white spot on its shoulder is caused by scarring, also...

Well, statistically if the population keeps growing like this then we will run out of most food and oil by around 2200. Maybe earlier. Perhaps we should kill off the politicians.
