Personally, I don't think anyone over 50 should be impacted (yes, I'm well over that so this isn't just a self-serving comment). If someone who is now 50 retires at 65, that only gives them 15 years to plan for a lower benefit. From a financial planning standpoint, that won't be easy for a lot of people, especially t...more
Dear MSN:
WHY does your site keep blocking my posts. They are NOT spam and NOT even similar to spam. They contain NO hyperlinks. Your site is pathetic.
My wife is retired and I will be within a couple years. We paid off our mortgage and are glad we did. First off, it gave us a guaranteed 5.4% return, tax free. Our entire stock portfolio consists of dividend p...more

I can make my own popcorn which is many times better and many times less expensive. I drink whatever I want AND get refills and spend about 10% of what theaters charge. Oh yeah, ...more
Every time I've gone into Best Buy I have just felt annoyed and uncomfortable. I don't like the way they operate and I don't like the constant sales pitches, even at the register when you are just trying to check out. I quit shopping there some time ago. Guess that was a good move.
