Well, That is the catch 22.  When you pay all your bills off and only use a small amount of credit like you do your credit score actually drops.

I recently went shopping for a Subaru and the salesman said they are so hard for him to get the price was sticker plus doc.  I just walked out the door.

Doc fees are the rip off $499 for paperwork.  I know I do not negotiate price with the grocery store or at the drive through at McDonald's but they also don't charge me a cashier fee or drive through fee.
