Rush makes up "facts" about people he hates.  By the way, you can't "make up facts" (things that aren't true aren't facts) and a "made up dream" is kind of redundant.

The problem is that Rush's audience is passing away - yes, dying.  Old white guys don't live forever, and the kind that listen to Rush - the eternally scared and paranoid - probably have high blood pressure and don't sleep well.  He hasn't exactly "adapted" to the changing times since the 80s.

He isn't blaming America, per se, he is just assuring Americans that his country doesn't teach the hatred of the United States.  More or less saying, "This isn't our fault, please don't blame us."

Plenty of righty christian churches preach hate - hate of homosexuals, hate of abortion doctors - maybe we should close them down, too? PS It would be fine with me if we closed them ALL down.  As far as I can see, many religions cause more trouble than they are worth.
